Build evidence-based experience from work emails

Turn email clues into verifiable responsibilities, actions, and outcomes.

Steps

  1. Pick emails about your own work and keep the date, subject, and message ID; hide unrelated personal details first.
  2. Separate what was requested, what you actually did, and the results that could be observed later.
  3. Have AI list the evidence and gaps, then write work or project experience only after checking.

Details

An email proves only what it actually says. Receiving a task brief shows that the task was requested; your reply with a plan supports “proposed a plan”; completion dates, impact, and numbers still need later records to back them up.

Record the email date and subject or message ID, and check the project, your own actions, and the later results. Keep the employer, the client, the team, and your own work apart. Before pasting, you can remove unrelated names, addresses, phone numbers, and account details.
